This Privacy Policy describes how Uladzislau Yasinski (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the mobile application Drywall Calculator & Estimator (the “App”), including the iOS app with bundle identifier com.fieldtools.drywall.

We built the App for drywall installers, remodelers, and homeowners who need a quick material takeoff: sheets, studs, screws, joint compound, and tape. We do not require an account, and we do not operate a user database for the App.

1. Summary

No sign-up. The App works without creating an account.
Your project data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it (for example, a PDF or a project file).
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use the App for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive only what Apple and our purchase tools provide to confirm that you own Drywall Calc Pro.

2. Information we do not collect directly

We do not ask you for your name, email, phone number, or address inside the App to use core features.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is intended for professional and trade use.

3. Information stored on your device

The App stores data locally on your iPhone or iPad so you can work offline. This may include:

This information is not uploaded to our servers by default, because we do not operate application servers for Drywall Calculator & Estimator.

If you delete the App, local App data is removed according to iOS behavior unless you have backed it up elsewhere (for example, device backup or exported files you saved).

4. Information you choose to share

When you use system features, data may leave your device because you directed it to:

Share / export PDF — material lists and quotes you generate
Share / export project files — JSON or other export formats the App provides
Email support — if you contact us, your email provider and ours process the message you send

We do not control how Apple, your email provider, or the recipient handles that content.

5. Purchases and Pro features

Drywall Calc Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (no subscription for Pro in version 1.0).

Payment is handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card number.
Apple may provide us (or our purchase verification service) with a transaction identifier, product identifier, and entitlement status so the App can unlock Pro features and restore purchases on a new device signed into the same Apple ID.
If we use a third-party purchase SDK (such as RevenueCat), that provider processes purchase receipts according to its own privacy policy solely to validate and restore entitlements. We configure such tools to support purchase validation, not advertising.

To manage or restore purchases, use Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions / Purchase History in iOS and the App’s Restore Purchases option where available.

6. Network use

The App is designed to work offline for calculations, projects, and PDF generation.

Network access may be used only for:

Validating or restoring in-app purchases
Optional App Store or iOS services (updates, system APIs)

We do not use the App to run behavioral advertising or to build marketing profiles.

7. Analytics and diagnostics

By default we do not integrate third-party analytics (for example, no ad networks or session replay tools in the product plan).

If we add optional crash reporting or anonymous diagnostics in a future update to improve stability, we will update this policy and, where required, Apple’s App Privacy disclosures before collection begins.

8. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom:

Performance of a contract — processing necessary to provide the App and Pro features you request
Legitimate interests — securing purchases, preventing fraud, and improving the App, balanced against your rights
Legal obligation — where tax or consumer law requires records related to sales (handled primarily by Apple as merchant of record for App Store purchases)

You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port certain data. Because most App data lives on your device, you can often delete it by removing projects in the App or uninstalling the App. Contact support@drywall.aeoriaapps.com for other requests.

9. Retention

On-device data — kept until you delete it or uninstall the App
Support emails — kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records
Purchase records — retained as required by Apple, tax, and accounting rules

10. Security

We use industry-standard practices on any systems we control (for example, purchase validation). Data on your device is protected by your device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID and iOS sandboxing. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

11. International users

The App is offered worldwide where the App Store makes it available. If you use the App outside your home country, your device and Apple’s services may process data in other jurisdictions.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or legal requirements change. We will post the new version with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be noted in the App Store release notes.

Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
